Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to TezSeva.com. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. 📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken on delivery
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

✅ Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original invoice/receipt must be available
  • Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

2. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or damaged products (by customer)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Digital products/services (if any)
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Personal-use items (if opened), where applicable

3. 🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If your product is defective or wrong, we will offer a free replacement (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed

4. 💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Product is returned and approved after inspection
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Replacement is not available

💳 Refund Mode:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

⏱️ Refund Time:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

5. 🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp
  2. Share order details and issue (with photo/video proof)
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Pickup will be arranged OR you may be asked to self-ship
  5. After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed

6. 🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery

7. 📍 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear shipping cost
  • If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply

8. ⚠️ Important Notes

  • TezSeva.com reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection
  • Fraudulent or repeated return requests may be declined
  • Slight color/design variation due to screen differences is not considered a defect
